40g Irish oats

1 x Strawberry or Peach & apricot NAS

110g fresh pineapple chopped

1 tbsp toasted flaked almonds (weighs about 8g in case you need to know)

1 tbsp dark brown sugar

Step 1

Place the oats in a small serving bowl, pour over the yogurt drink and stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the yogurt drink soak into the oats.

Step 2

Stir the pineapple into the oat mix and serve topped with the almonds and brown sugar.
