Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
  • 40g
    Irish oats
  • 1 x
    Strawberry or Peach & apricot
  • 110g
    fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 tbsp
    toasted flaked almonds (weighs about 8g in case you need to know)
  • 1 tbsp
    dark brown sugar
Method
  1. Place the oats in a small serving bowl, pour over the yogurt drink and stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the yogurt drink soak into the oats.
  2. Stir the pineapple into the oat mix and serve topped with the almonds and brown sugar.
